TERMS OF SERVICE FOR THE E4M.PRO PLATFORM

This document establishes the terms and conditions for using the e4m.pro website, available at https://e4m.pro, and defines the rules for interaction between the platform owner and all its users.

1. Terms and Definitions

1.1. Within this Agreement, unless the context explicitly indicates otherwise, the following terms have the meanings set forth below:

«Operator» — e4m.pro Platform, operated by the legal entity registered under applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

«User» — an individual or legal entity that uses the site in any form, including by visiting it.

«Rules» — this document.

«Parties» — a collective term referring to the Operator and/or the User.

«Platform» — the information system, including the website, its functional modules (such as the Personal Account, order tracking system, interface for event listings, content, and merchandise), and other software and hardware tools enabling the interaction between Users and the Company under this Agreement. The Platform also refers to the technical, legal, and organizational mechanisms implemented by the Company under the e4m.pro brand to provide services.

«Website» — the web interface of the Platform, located at https://e4m.pro , consisting of visual, text, graphic, and multimedia elements, as well as software components, allowing users to access the Platform's functionality.

1.2. Any other terms not defined above are interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the user's jurisdiction.

1.3. The section headings in this document are for convenience of navigation and do not affect the legal interpretation of the text.

2. Application and Modification of the Rules

2.1. The publication of these Rules on the website is considered as the Operator's offer to enter into an agreement on the terms set forth in this document.

2.2. Using the website by any person constitutes an acceptance of the offer in accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

2.3. By interacting with the website, the user acknowledges and agrees to comply with the Rules.

2.4. The User may discontinue the application of these Rules by ceasing to use the platform.

2.5. The Operator reserves the right to modify the Rules unilaterally by publishing a new version. Continued use of the website after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the changes. Disagreement with the changes means discontinuation of the use of the website. The Operator may transfer rights and obligations under these Rules to third parties.

3. Purpose of the Website

3.1. The resource is intended for the publication and retrieval of information about various events organized by third parties.

3.2. Individuals wishing to participate in events enter into a user agreement with the Operator by accepting the offer published on the website.

3.3. Organizers using the website for ticket sales or participant registration enter into an agency agreement by accepting the relevant offer on the website.

4. Website Usage Procedures

4.1. Before using the website, users must review the latest version of these Rules.

4.2. The following actions are prohibited:

  • 4.2.1. Violating applicable law, including publishing illegal events.
  • 4.2.2. Defamation, intimidation, discrimination, or infringement on the rights of others.
  • 4.2.3. Publishing illegal, vulgar, provocative, or defamatory content.
  • 4.2.4. Posting materials that violate intellectual property rights or contain spam, propaganda, pyramid schemes, or  promote criminal activity.
  • 4.2.5. Distributing viruses, malware, or misleading materials.
  • 4.2.6. Disrupting the operation of the resource.
  • 4.2.7. Promoting illegal actions.
  • 4.2.8. Publishing third-party personal data without consent.
  • 4.2.9. Attempting unauthorized access to website resources.
  • 4.2.10. Using software or devices to interfere with the website’s operation.
  • 4.2.11. Circumventing methods of obtaining information published on the website.
  • 4.2.12. Using the website in violation of the laws of the user’s country of residence.
  • 4.2.13. Distributing content that may harm the Operator.
  • 4.2.14. Posting commercial information without permission (spam).
  • 4.2.15. Providing false information about one's identity.
  • 4.2.16. Illegally collecting and using personal data of others.
  • 4.2.17. Posting political or commercial advertisements.
  • 4.2.18. Indicating payment methods not supported by the website’s functionality.
  • 4.2.19. Misleading information about event participation costs.
  • 4.2.20. Using offensive or obscene language.
  • 4.2.21. Conducting lotteries with the sole purpose of prize giveaways.
  • 4.2.22. Receiving payments for goods or services unrelated to the event.
  • 4.2.23. Incomplete or absent event descriptions.

4.6. The Operator reserves the right to remove any information from the website without prior notice.

4.7. The Operator may also block a user without explanation.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. The content of the website is protected by copyright and may belong either to the Operator or third parties.

5.2. Using the website does not grant users any rights to intellectual property posted on the platform.

5.3. Without the permission of the owners, reproducing, modifying, or using any materials from the website is prohibited.

5.4. If a user believes their rights have been infringed, they may submit a written request to the Operator describing the situation.

5.5. Complaints will be reviewed in accordance with established procedures, after which the Operator will decide on further action.

6. Liability

6.1. The Operator is not responsible for the actions of users and the content of materials posted by them.

6.2. No guarantees are provided regarding the uninterrupted operation of the website or the security of posted information.

6.3. The user accepts all risks associated with the use of the platform.

6.4. Compensation for losses is limited to the amount of $100 USD (or an equivalent amount in another currency, depending on jurisdiction).

7. Personal Data

7.1. Posting personal data by the user means that it is publicly available unless stated otherwise.

8. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

8.1. The relationships between the parties are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is registered.

8.2. The parties aim to resolve disputes through negotiations.

8.3. Claims should be sent to the Operator in both electronic and written forms.

8.4. The Operator will respond to claims within 15 business days from the receipt date.

8.5. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved, the matter will be referred to a court located at the Operator's registered address.
